In 2012 I was commissioned by Creative Scotland to produce and direct a 30 minute documentary highlighting their newly launched Get Scotland Dancing programme.

Get Scotland Dancing was an initiative launched as part of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad seeing to promote healthy activity through dance. To this end, they worked with 6 Hubs across Scotland to organise large-scale public dance activities.

We spent the summer travelling across Scotland: Inverness; Aberdeen; Glasgow; Edinburgh; Stirling and Dundee documenting a vibrant and diverse series of public dance initiatives.

As part of the documentary, we worked with Dance House, DanceBase, CityMoves, YDance, Scottish Dance Theatre and Eden Court to create 6 1-minute dance films.
